1. What we collect
- Account data — email address, display name, hashed password, and an optional avatar you upload.
- Discord sign-in — if you join through Discord, we receive your Discord user ID, display name and avatar. We never see your Discord password, email, messages or friend list.
- Gameplay data — hands played and won, chips won, tournament results, and table/lobby chat messages (chat is kept briefly in memory for the room, not archived).
2. What we use it for
Only to run the game: signing you in, seating you at tables, showing leaderboards and stats, and keeping the room friendly. Nothing else.
3. What we never do
- We don't sell or share your data with anyone.
- We don't run ads or third-party trackers.
- We don't process payments — there's nothing to buy.
4. Where it lives
Data is stored on our hosting provider (Railway). Passwords are stored hashed (bcrypt). Password-reset emails, if requested, are delivered through our email provider.
5. Your choices
You can change your display name and avatar in your profile at any time. To delete your account and its stats, ask the host (Degos) through the Good Vibes Club community channels and it will be removed.
